Here you can find answers to the most frequent questions that you usually have when you arrive at our location.

No. All reservations start at 7 am and end at 6:59 am the next day. The reservation does not begin when you leave your luggage in the Locker. Regardless of what time you arrive, your reservation will end at 6:59 am the next day.

Example 1

If you have made a reservation at 10am, you will have the locker reserved until 6:59 am the next day.>> 9 hours availability

Example 2

If you have made a reservation at 3pm, you will have the locker reserved until 6:59 am the next day.>> 16 hours availability

Example 3

You have made a reservation several days in advance and come to the shop at 7 am, then you will have the Locker available until 6:59 am the next day>> 24 hours of availability.

The shop is open 24/7 and you can come and go as many times as you want as long as you have an active reservation.

If you have made a reservation in advance and arrive to the shop before 7 am, the door will not open, so you will have to wait for the start time to begin.

No problem. In the reservation email you will see a link that says “ACCESS RESERVATION”. Here you can add more days to your reservation and thus keep the Locker with your luggage inside.

The quickest solution if you do not waste your time to processing the change is:

  1. Make another reservation with the size of Locker you need.
  2. Then, send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com with the details of the reservation you want to cancel and we will refund your money.
  1. Check that you have a reservation from no-reply@urban-lockers.com (check your SPAM folder)
  2. Double-check the address of the premises: c/ Llança, 13
  3. We DO NOT work with Bounce, RadicalStorage or Stasher. They use supermarkets without the license to do this activity. Additionally, your luggage is stored in unattended warehouses.
  4. Finally, If you HAVE a reservation at Urban Lockers and you can’t open the door, call the EMERGENCIES phone number.

Reservations can only be canceled 24 hours before the day of the reservation begins. Afterwards they cannot be cancelled.

Send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com requesting the cancellation of the reservation and we will refund your money.

Reservation dates may be modified 24 hours before the start of the reservation and always subject to locker availability on the requested dates.

Send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com requesting the availability of change of dates.

1) Check your SPAM folder, sometimes mail can go there.

2) Please check your SMS message box, we send this second shipping method.

3) If you have not received any of the above, we propose two options:

  • The quickest solution if you do not waste your time to processing the issue is:
    • Make another reservation with the size of the locker you need.
    • Then, send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com with the details of the reservation you want to cancel and we will refund your money.
  • Call us to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT phone number // or // Send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com saying that you have not received the code, tell us the email you used when making the reservation and we will reply as soon as possible.

The previous user has not picked up his belongings. Please close the Locker and follow next steps:

2) Send us a WhatsApp to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT phone number and tell us the issue.
  • Make sure you close the door when you leave.
  • Do not let anyone in unless they have an access code.
  • Make sure you close the locker when you pick up your luggage.
  • If you don’t take your luggage on the due time, we’ll charge you an extra fee. Please check out our terms and conditions.
  • For your own  safety and other customers, do not stay in the premises longer than necessary.
  • If you see an open Locker, close it and do not use it. Only use the Locker that has been assigned to you. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your luggage.

WHAT DO WE CONSIDER AN EMERGENCY?

– The Locker door does not open and you cannot take out your luggage.

– The door of the premises does not open because there is no electricity. (check if lights are on inside the premises)
