Yes, if you want to secure a locker on the day you plan to use the service. There is also a QR code on the door of the local in case you need to make a reservation at any time.
URBAN LOCKERS offers three types of lockers:
- S: 24 cm high x 30 cm wide x 40 cm deep. Small items such as keys, documents, TV/air conditioning remote controls, etc.
- L: 37 cm high x 48 cm wide x 58 cm deep. 1 carry-on bag + 1 small backpack.
- XL: 47 cm high, 48 cm wide x 58 cm deep. 2 carry-on bags + 1 small backpack.
- XXL: 85 cm high x 48 cm wide x 58 cm deep. 2 large suitcases or 4 carry-on bags.
You can store as many items as will fit inside your rented locker, with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that with our lockers, you pay per locker, not per item, so you can store as many items as will fit inside your locker.
The luggage tester is intended for people who are already in the city and want to make sure they have the right size for the amount of luggage they are carrying.
Yes, of course. Urban Lockers S.L offers you the possibility to change your clothes in the fitting room we have set aside for this purpose. Please remember that we have cameras recording, so it is your responsibility to use the fitting room appropriately. Otherwise, Urban Lockers will take the appropriate legal measures.
All items whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic materials or materials that are in any way degrading to human beings, etc.):
– Objects whose possession requires a licence, without such licence or authorisation (such as weapons and/or ammunition).
- Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or hazardous substances).
- Animals of any kind or any other type of living being.
- Food may not be placed in lockers, except for packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odours of any kind.
Yes, of course. The local are equipped with CCTV cameras and alarm systems connected to a Monitoring Centre.
In the unlikely event of an incident inside the local, we have insurance with AXA Seguros with coverage of €400 per suitcase (a police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not store items exceeding this value. This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and, in general, technological items (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), works of art, antiques, memory cards or any other medium containing data or images. If you decide to store travel documents and personal documentation (passport, driving licence, etc.), these are stored at your own risk and responsibility. Urban Lockers S.L. is not responsible if you miss your flight or train.
When you start the booking process, you will see whether the size you want is available or not.
Lockers can be rented by the day, with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 days.
Once you have received confirmation of your booking and have the access code, you will be able to access your locker on the day you have booked and you will be able to access the locker as many times as you like while your booking is valid. When your booking ends, you will no longer be able to access the local or the locker.
The price of the lockers is as indicated on the website at the time of booking, and you can take advantage of any offers that are valid at that time. Prices include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker per calendar day (from 00:00 to 23:59).
For security and confidentiality reasons, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs or videos of the local’s security mechanisms (CCTV cameras, locking systems, shop displays, etc.). Otherwise, if any suspicious behaviour is detected, the police will be notified in order to maintain the safety of all users.
No, users are kindly requested not to eat or drink inside the local. This will ensure a clean environment for all users.
In the event of a malfunction, blockage, or any other type of incident when using the locker, you can send us a message to the following number: 660 62 10 20, or by email to info@urban-lockers.com.
Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start date of the service you have booked. If you decide not to show up or cancel your booking after the 24-hour period, no refund will be given.
2. FAQ | Reservations
No. All reservations start at 7 a.m. and end at 6:59 a.m. the following day. The reservation does not start when you leave your luggage in the locker. Regardless of what time you arrive, your reservation will end at 6:59 a.m. the following day.
Example 1
If you have made a reservation at 10 a.m., you will have the locker reserved until 6:59 a.m. the following day.>> 21 hours of availability
Example 2
If you have made a reservation at 3 p.m., you will have the locker reserved until 6:59 a.m. the following day.>> 16 hours of availability
Example 3
You made a reservation several days in advance and arrive at the local at 7 a.m., so you will have the locker available until 6:59 a.m. the following day.>> 24 hours of availability
The local are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can come and go as often as you like while your booking is active.
Call the EMERGENCY number.
No problem. In the booking email, you will see a link that says ‘ACCESS YOUR BOOKING’. Here you can add more days to your booking and keep your luggage in the locker.
The quickest solution so that you don’t waste your time processing the change is as follows:
- Make another reservation with the size of locker you need.
- Then, send us an email to info@urban-lockers.com with the details of the booking you wish to cancel and we will refund your money.
- Check that you have a reservation from no-reply@urban-lockers.com (check your SPAM folder).

- We do NOT work with Bounce, RadicalStorage or Stasher. They use 24-hour supermarkets and are not licensed to carry out this activity. Furthermore, your luggage is stored in unguarded warehouses.
- If you do have a reservation at Urban Lockers and cannot open the door, call the EMERGENCY number.

Reservations can only be cancelled 24 hours before the start of the reservation date. After that, they cannot be cancelled.

3. FAQ | Terms of use
- Be sure to close the door when you leave.
- Do not let anyone in who does not have the access code.
- Be sure to lock your locker when you remove your luggage.
- Failure to collect your luggage within the reservation period will result in a penalty. Please review our terms of use.
- For your safety and that of other customers, please do not remain on the local longer than necessary.
- For your safety, if you see an open locker, close it and do not use it. Only use the locker that has been assigned to you. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your luggage.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY?
- The locker door won’t open and you can’t get your luggage out.
- The door to the local won’t open because there’s no electricity. (to check this, see if there are any lights on inside the local)
