URBAN LOCKERS offers three types of lockers:

  • S: 24cm high x 30cm wide x 40cm deep. Small objects such as keys, documents, TV/AACC controls,…
  • L: 37cm high x 48cm wide x 58cm deep. 1 hand luggage + 1 small backpack.
  • XL: 47cm high 48cm wide x 58cm deep. 2 hand luggage + 1 small backpack.
  • XXL: 85cm high x 48cm wide x 58cm deep. 2 large suitcases or 4 hand luggage.

You can bring in all the items that fit inside the rented locker, with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that in our lockers you pay per rented locker, not per item, so you can bring in all the items that fit in your locker.

The luggage tester is intended for people who are already in the city and want to make sure what size suitcase they need for the amount of luggage they are carrying.

Yes, of course. Urban Lockers S.L. offers you the possibility to change your clothes in the changing room that we have set aside for this purpose. Remember that we have cameras that record, so it is your responsibility to use the changing room properly. Otherwise Urban Lockers will take the appropriate legal action.

All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.):

– Objects whose possession requires a licence, without such a licence or authorisation (such as, for example, weapons and/or ammunition).

– Any kind of material which is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances).

– Animals of any kind or any other living thing.

– No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odours of any kind.

Yes, of course. The premises are equipped with video surveillance cameras and alarm systems connected to a surveillance centre.

In the unlikely event of an incident inside the premises, we have an insurance policy with AXA Seguros with a cover of €1,000 per suitcase (a police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not store items exceeding this value. This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images. If you decide to store travel documents, as well as personal documentation (passport, driving license, etc.), these are stored at your own risk and responsibility. Urban Lockers S.L. cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight or train.

When you start the booking process, you will see if the size you want is available or not.

The lockers are rented on a daily basis, with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 days.

Once you have received your booking confirmation and have your access code, you will be able to access your locker on the day you have booked and you will be able to access the locker as many times as you wish for as long as your booking is valid. Once your booking has expired, you will no longer be able to access the venue or the locker.

The price of the lockers is indicated on the website at the time of hiring, and you can take advantage of the offers in force at any given time. Prices include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker per calendar day (from 00:00 to 23.59).

For security and confidentiality reasons, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs or videos of the security mechanisms of the premises (video surveillance cameras, locking systems, shop screens, etc.). Otherwise, if any suspicious behaviour is detected, the police will be notified in order to maintain the safety of all users.

No, users are requested not to eat or drink on the premises. This will ensure a clean venue for all users.

Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made 24 hours before the date on which the service I have booked begins. If you decide not to show up or cancel the booking after 24 hours, the money will not be refunded.
